RETURN POLICY
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase may be required.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or items that are damaged, altered, incomplete, or otherwise not in their original condition for reasons unrelated to a product defect, may not qualify for a full refund.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you that the returned item has been received and whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If an approved refund has not yet appeared:
- Check the relevant bank or payment account.
- Contact the credit card company or payment provider, as posting times may vary.

Defective Products and Warranty Claims
Products with defects in materials or workmanship may be covered by the Two-Year Limited Warranty.
Warranty claims are separate from ordinary returns and may be submitted within two years from the date of delivery, subject to the terms of the warranty.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect, incorrect item, or other error attributable to b’cause, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where required by law.
Using a trackable shipping method is recommended. b’cause is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit before being received.

b’cause products are covered by a two-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal and intended use.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- scratches, dents, discoloration, surface wear, or other cosmetic changes resulting from normal use;
- damage caused by accident, impact, misuse, abuse, improper storage, or improper care;
- damage caused by modification, disassembly, or unauthorized repair;
- loss or theft;
- damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or warnings; or
- damage caused by use of the product for purposes other than its intended function.
If a product is determined to have a defect covered by this warranty, b’cause may, at its discretion:
- repair the product;
- replace the product with the same or a comparable product; or
- provide another appropriate remedy.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, this warranty applies to the original purchaser.
